In honor of standardized professional practices, all readings are confidential, except in the exceptional circumstance of legal jeopardy or should issues of personal safety to either the client or a third party arise.
Privacy and Conduct During Readings: By booking a reading, the recipient agrees to respect Ally Lewber’s rule of conducting the reading privately. If multiple people are present during the reading without prior approval from Ally Lewber, services will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be issued.
In some jurisdictions, astrologers and tarot readers are required to disclose that readings in tarot and astrology are for entertainment purposes only. You are hereby informed that it is the basis for all services available through this site and Ally Lewber’s social media platforms.
Ally Lewber prides herself on honesty and integrity. While Ally Lewber conducts every reading and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting.
No reading or coaching session given by Ally Lewber is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Ally Lewber and allylewber.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Ally Lewber as well as content created by Ally Lewber including but not limited to YouTube videos and blog posts.
Anti-Harassment: The client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Ally Lewber is unacceptable and shall be grounds to cease services immediately.
Ally Lewber reserves the right to refuse service.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Ally Lewber and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Ally Lewber.
Recording & Usage: Ally Lewber does not record any readings. The person receiving the reading may choose to record the session for their personal, private use only. Recording or sharing the session for commercial purposes or posting it on social media is strictly prohibited.
Social Media: You may share Ally Lewber’s social media content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.
Scope of Services: By booking a reading, you agree to focus on astrology-related questions. Conversations that stray into personal life or unrelated topics may be gently redirected. If the discussion continues off-topic or crosses personal boundaries, Ally Lewber reserves the right to end the session, though every effort will be made to maintain a respectful and productive experience.
Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
Cancelations & Rescheduling: Sessions may be canceled with a 100% refund if written notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Ally Lewber allows up to two reschedules per appointment, provided availability permits. After two reschedules, no further rescheduling will be allowed. In the case of a third request, a 50% refund will be issued, and the appointment will be considered canceled. We understand that life circumstances may arise, and Ally Lewber will make every effort to accommodate reschedules or offer a refund in good faith, depending on the situation.
